He returned my call when he said he would, and everything was ordered, booked, and paid for in 1 phone call. Every time I have had my car at north star, the staff are always friendly and polite, and it makes me feel at ease, as I know I am leaving my car in safe hands. Thanks

Hi Lisa thank you for your correspondence its feedback like this that can only advance a customer base relationship.Before I give you a rating of 0-10 let me make a few comments about car servicing. Audioxtra has always used Holdens as their company cars therefore we have always purchased them from Holden dealers. We have purchased vehicles from 5 different dealers in the past 10 years, two or three cars at a time. In the entire ten years we have had a sad reputation with all of them. Not only was their pricing structure on servicing over priced but I personally could not handle the arrogance and rudeness from the service department. Particularly the Holden dealer on the Peninsular, where the service department staff could not be bothered living. In every case we have had to resort to going to a non dealership workshop. However since coming across to Northstar I am pleased to say that I could not be happier, they have not only treated us with respect but you get the sense that they genuinely want to help even though we did not purchased the cars with you. You have an excellent team led by a very thorough, honest and caring manager Bradley Leonards. He explained in detail what the car needs to have done and went out of his way to fit you in even though on a tight schedule. It is a pleasure to deal with him and his staff. We will definitely be bringing our cars back for service with you. So on a scale from 1-10 I would have to say 10 to all my friends and working associates. Please pass on this email to Bradley and staff as a little commendation goes a long way.

Lisa I was very satisfied with the service provided by the service team. They were helpful and friendly throughout the process and even reminded me about my capped-price servicing which saved me approximately $100. I was very impressed with the additional tasks performed by the service team such washing and vacuuming my car, polishing off some marks on my drivers door and front bumper and filling up my windscreen cleaner reserve, all at no additional cost to me. Overall I would rate the service team 10/10. I was very happy with the service provided and I have been raving about it to my friends and family. Well Done.

Dear Robert, On 24 July my Jeep Wrangler CRD blew a turbo hose. We were suppose to leave the next day on holiday and I explained this to Troy Rafter at the service department. Troy went out of his way to procure the offending hose's replacement and I had my car back in time to leave as planned. This has been another example of the dedication and friendly service I have received from Northstar since purchasing my Wrangler, as I have had turbo problems twice before. Although I feel that Chrysler/Jeep can review their parts procurement policy in respect of the time-frames, I know that Northstar will look after me if the need arises. I'm already planning my next Wrangler purchase! Please convey my sincerest thanks and appreciation to Troy and all the other staff involved. Regards,
