I have bought many cars in my time, usually after a few weeks it looses it 'sparkle' but i am as happy with the ASX now as i was the moment i took it for a test drive. Brilliant car satisfying all my needs. Also Grant was fantastic as a sales person.. explained everything in more detail then anyone else has for any other car. Great customer service, have told all my friends about Northstar service and to buy cars.

Before coming to Northstar we visited Zupps for a Suzuki for my Daughter and attitude was abominable. I came to contact Steve after I called and questioned some of the things I was being told by them.

The service provided by your dealership was second to none most especially with regards to setting up and arranging finance. Corey Brett was very accommodating and provided excellent services. Finance, insurance and all matters relating to the purchase of the vehicle was communicated and arranged via email and all I had to do was show up to finalise the paperwork and pick up the vehicle. The purchase was quick, simple and easy. Every personnel that I dealt with was professional, friendly, highly adept, respected my space and I neither felt coerced nor intimidated. I had never before purchased a vehicle with such ease. Highly commendable service all around.

We recently bought a Toyota Corolla Ascent from the Used Car Yard on Anzac Ave, Redcliffe.
We could not speak highly enough of the service provided by Mick Clews. All our questions were answered honestly, in plain Language and to our satisfaction. He also understood that any purchase would have to accommodate a seniors "walker" and did not talk us into a purchase that would be unsatisfactory. Originally we had anticipated buying a Mitsubishi Lancer but we all agreed that the boot of the Toyota was easier to get the walker in and out of.
Over the last twenty plus years that we have owned a Mitsubishi we have always been very happy with the service provided by the Service Department.
Sandra and Lloyd (sorry we can not remember surnames) also provided good and efficient service.
There is a happy atmosphere everywhere and all the staff seem to take pride in their work and provide the best possible service.

As always I have found the service to be a ton above the rest everyone I have encountered there has been so polite helpful and understanding. I’m really pleased with how Anthony explained the service results to me and answered any problems I had with helpful advice.
